WBA deserved more than a 2-0 lead at half time, but they didn't deserve to win the 2nd half 2-0, regardless of our woefull defending.
Thought it was end to end even game second half.

hey...we got tonked by a side playing decent football and deserved it....we have a week to get our shit together and our over-confidence put in place...no big problem as long as we learned something from today's game.
I'm sure MON has the ability to get them fired up for the derby....we can't win em all!

defending was bad...we seemed to stand off from the half way line back..not the usual harrying and chasing at all.Poor cover from Turner from the first and from there downhill.

still next Sunday. After tomorrow, it will be this Sunday.

Totally agree. West Broms work rate in the opening stages was incredible and it set the tone for the rest of the match. We didn't get a second to settle and reorganise. The best chance we had to get into the game was missed when McClean didn't anticipate the ball reaching him in the first half. Very bad day at the office but every team has one now and again. We were way overdue a good slapping and it came today
