    Do anybody use these and if so what's the best. I need to lose my "puppy fat" well thats what am calling it lol and seen sci-mx in asda for £20. Does anybody know if this is any gud

    Just eat some out of date pork chops. Worked for me.

    as others have said, healthy balanced diet, with plenty of exercise is the answer
