I can see Bruce doing a good job for Wolves. I know that the last few months of his time with us were fairly dire but there were some good times. The win at Chelsea and our relatively good league position come to mind. We have had much worse managers over the years. Steve Bruce proved, in the end, not to be good enough for us but he could still do a good job for a team, like Wolves, fighting relegation. His birthplace, or his weight, should not be allowed to influence our memory, view, or analysis of his overall performance.

Aye Mick's a real decent man , who was useless at his job , yet stuck around until he got his big pay off.
He' smister average and always will be , a pragmatic Yorkshireman who played for the ROI.
. Bruce will do a much better job for them .
Wolves fans will be over the moon if he could kept them up . They would also be happy to stay in the premiership , for 5 years , which would be unheard of stability for them .
Just as we were happy to stay in the premiership instead of yoyoing.Let's not forget our recent history and be biiger than our boots. As sombody said , a lot of posters seem to be developing Toonitus

Poor Wolves. Nah, reckon Brucey would do a decent job there actually - without the weight of the fans' 'big club' expectations and geordie roots hanging over him.

I really can't work out how his early years were quite respectable, (promotion with Brum and keeping Wigan stable), then turning into such a tactical fuckwit with us. Maybe the stress ?? With a clean slate at Wolves, he might just do well...... I won't be putting any money on that mind !!
