Default Losing today is a blessing!

I know the title sounds like I have been smoking crack, but hear me out lads.

If we had took points off the "arse" today it would have further damaged their hopes of a top 4 finish, but 3 points today for them keeps them right in the hunt.

So with the midweek game coming up and then the fixtures over the next few weeks that they have, I can see the "arse" taking their eye off the cup game.

I happily lose the 3 points today if it means we have a better chance in the cup, as its our only chance for silverware.

On another note apart from a couple of lose passes I thought the whole team played there hearts out, proud of the lads today, a few of them looked knackered at the end, good weeks rest will do them the world of good.

If we beat Arsenal in the cup we are 1 yes 1 game away from Wembley. Would that not be better than 3 points today. I massively think so and am surprised anyone would think differently.

I would have rather have three points. We struggled to get past boro let alone beat Arsenal

Funny that, that's what we were told in 1973, no chance, never going to beat Leeds.

Just have a funny feeling we can get to the final, think we are a safe bet for a top 10 finish, so why not dream about a cup run?
