Isn't it just a hate crime until they can establish what the motive was? be it race, sexuality etc.

Having said that the Police are usually quick to label any White on *insert ethnic minority here* as a race crime. See what happens.

A mate of mine got a serious battering in Burn Park from a group of asian lads. They had picked on him at random in response to gangs of white lads targetting asians. What do you do? Hate breeds hate.

The Police arent gonna come out and say they did it because they were white, that would cause a stir amongst the asian population, however I do feel that if found guilty and the motives are what they are led to believe, it should go down as a racial attack

Loads of attacks on whites go down as racial attacks, they jsut dont get publicity for the vast majority of cases. Far more likely to make the papers if the attacker is white imo

It's not a one off, that area is fast becoming a no go zone for whites, at least that's what the Asian kids are trying to achieve, a taxi driver was telling me he had his windscreen shattered by them for daring to drive past where they were all standing, the police told him there was nothing they could do if he couldn't identify the culprit , so they can't stop kids from gathering in large numbers to cause grief now, I reckon there will be more and more of this happening when the numbers of Asians grow.
