    Looking for workout routine (all over body for gaining muscle)

    to be used in connection with cardio

    To lose fat and gain muscle.

    I also need a diet Plan

    What I should be eating and what intervals etc

    Any help would be well received.

    I have looked on google - no results.

    Try H.I.I.T. training (High Intensity Interval Training) mate......less time spent grunting in the gym and better results.
