    Default Exercise help please??

(bear in mind I'm a fat kernt!)

I've been and bought/found the following fitness equipment:
    Treadmill
    Rowing machine
    X Trainer
    Mini trampoline
    9 kg kettlebell
Pathetic (think its 1.5kg) dumbells and them weights you strap on your wrists/ankles

Any advice on a circuit to drop the pounds? Any help would be appreciated, cheers!

stick it all infront of the fridge door, every time your peckish ,you will have to move the fuckin lot before you can eat, then put it all back to keep the kitchen tidy ---- job done.

Walk a lot (thats walk!), get some strength in your legs, and a bit of stamina.

Cycle when you can, get a bit of fitness up, then use your other kit.

Make sure you have a sound diet, and dont push it too hard at first.
