Can't see the reason for giving the director of football or the manager a percentage of sales, shirley it's a conflict of interests.

If he makes more out of player sales than he does out of the club progressing on the field what's the incentive to keep you're better players?

I don't want the club to die for the proper fans (as they are a decent supported Championship team), but it's getting beyond a joke now, each time they go into admin the tax man loses out and it's ridiculous! Time for them to clear the decks and start again as a fan owned team in the conference or something with no debts and ran sustainably.
