Techy help - Paypal buttons

I maintain a website for a dog rescue association and I want to have a Paypal button that says "Become a Member" rather than the usual "Buy Now" or whatever. I could use 'Subscribe' I suppose but does anybody know how to change the text, or even if you can?

You can use a custom image and add that. You could get a custom image created for $5 on fiverr.com and you will find a video to walk you thorough the steps here.
