    Just finished reading a book.Mike Carter-one man and his bike(i think).The authors tale of his one man bike ride round the coast of Britain.Describes the Cornish coast part of the journey as the worst part of the trek by far.Says the hills were horrendous.

    Enjoy.

    Good book by the way.

    I know some of that Devon coastline quite well. The views will be immense but you might get a pissed off after a while with the endless uppy-downy nature of the terrain

    Sounds like Devon coastline is a bit like North Normandy, that was never ending ups and downs. Right energy sappers. Might re-asses this ride now we are actually sober and thinking properly.
