    Can anybody recommend any decent real life documentary programs from sky that are decent.

    Must be real life not that CSI shite.

    Also interested in prisons and stuff like that

    I know your asking for real life stuff, but Oz is an old HBO program which is fantastic and set in a prison. A lot of people haven’t heard of it, but if your downloading stuff might be worth a look.
