    Default antoine kombouare

PSG manager, two and half seasons at the club took them from mid table to aeuro league place, won the french cup, currently sitting top of the league and they sack him so they can install Ancelloti, no mercy once the Quatar money takes charge. They reckon they have signed beckam as well.

Pretty much a repeat of what went down at Citeh when Hughes got turfed out to make room for Mancini.

They are doing awful this season considering the amount of money that was thrown around there in the summer.

Pastore has played well but I guess that is what you expect with the fee paid for him.

They are top of their league by three points so you could say that they are doing better than Man City

They play in a league with very little money floating around, hence the success of Montpellier. Underdogs can prevail.

With the funds they have spent, they shouldn't have lost 3 and drawn 4, IMO.

Got to feel for the lad though, sacked at christmas, losing at home to Nancy then getting tore apart by OM probably didn't help but he's got them top for the xmas break. Don't think he had much say in the money spent and the players brought in,doubt he even picked the team most of the time,Leonardo makes the decisions.

    Agreed.
Jack Walker had the same problem at Blackburn, Abramovich at Chelsea etc: Serious money requires a serious man to spend it on serious players to make the world sit up and take notice.
Walker tried to buy Lineker as his first signing but he'd decided Japan was the place to go. Linekers agent realised JW had cash to burn but couldnt get anyone interested with Don Mackay (who he? eggsackerley!) in charge: Enter The Dalglish.

Would love Montpellier to finish above them (currently 2nd) especially after their president said PSG, Marseilles and Lyon should stab themselves in the bottom with a sausage becasue of embarrassment if Montpellier win the league.

Bit of a disgrace the way he has been treated. Remember hearing on the FW that is a bit of a club legend from his playing days too. Obviously not 'big' enough on the world stage though in this modern era of tossers ruining everything.

I'd love to see them fail, can't see it like. Watched their game where they got spitroasted by OM, 3-0 it was, would never have known they'd spunked €60m odd.
