Default Buying a house and damp

we've just had survey done on a house we are looking to buy and the survey came back and there is a report of damp in one of the exterior walls, something to do with high ground levels next to the wall i.e. the path.

Anyone know a decent builder to get a quote from so we can negotiate this with the seller?

    Cheers
