I hope he would take some time to assess the squad and what is really needed first.

For example I still think between Bendtner, Campbell, Ji, Wickham and Noble (with Seb and Sess on the wings) we have enough to do pretty well in terms of goal threat if the new guy has enough nous to play 4-4-2.
