Don't get me wrong, I think Bruce lost the plot a month or two ago and is spiralling out of control (there's a decent argument that he lost it last season but that's by the by)
I'm also firmly in the Martin O'Neill camp for his replacement, but looking at the list of candidates, if O'Neill doesn't want to come, and the club isn't particularly attractive to Ancelotti, Benitez or Hughes, the further down the list of candidates the bookies are offering you go, the more worrying our options look.
Martin ONeill
Rafa Benitez
Mark Hughes
Carlo Ancelotti
Ole Gunnar Solskaer
Stuart Pearce
Alan Curbishley
Bob Bradley
Gareth Southgate
Lee Clark
Ray Wilkins
Sean ODriscoll
Steve Bould
Ally McCoist
Billy Davies
Bruce Arena
Dave Jones
David Moyes
David OLeary
Glenn Hoddle
Graeme Souness
Paul Lambert
Steve McClaren
Sven Goran Eriksson
Terry Butcher
Gianfranco Zola
Peter Reid
Roy Keane
Steve Nicol
Sam Allardyce
Mark Proctor
While Bruce needs to go, and he needs to go quickly, the club also need to have a cast iron dead cert decent replacement ready to come in... not Curbishley, Wilkins, Southgate, Dave Jones, McClaren or Lee Clarke FFS
