    Why did he find the need to end his life? It's hard to believe. Shocking.

    Had the priviledge to meet Gary and his Missus when their son and my daughter were in the same hospital ward at the RVI.
    Came across as a genuine bloke. My thoughts and sympathies go out to his family at the tragic time. Why he had to end his own life so young in mind blowing.I just hope there are no skeletons in the cupboard

    Fuck me, I'm stunned and upset, how they must be feeling is unthinkable. Really hope it doesn't get too voyeuristic, and stays on the right side of dignified coverage.

    Tragic news and a big loss to football as he was a model pro, thought with his family and friends.
