I think I speak for the whole board really when I say that anyone who likes the place really needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

I went a few year ago and the place is full of absolute Scruffs that would be better off spending their money paying off their wonga payday loan and Provvies

Me too mate, the hotel I was in cost £6 with breakfast all in, it had plastic palm trees outside.

Needless to say I kipped in my clothes and ate nothing.

Had the bairns down a month or so ago, really enjoyed it. Stayed outside of the city mind.

I took my kids to see the last weekend of the lights. Just 1.5 hours from us: candy floss, wander up the pier, amusements, fish and chips, a drive through the lights then home. Great time had by all. Will go back next year.

We went in for the lights one night, there was some fucking sights mind. And driving about during the day, Jesus h Christ, it was like Beirut!
