Default before it all hits the fan.

and we will quite likely win but not play well.

at least half PF are idiots, idiot men and idiot boys. no problem with not liking losing or crap football.

but when every comment from Bruce get scrutinized to the point of vomit and hysteria, a total unwillingness to give Quinn or short any blame and to insist because he doesn't flex his muscles on the touch line enough, to assume you know what happens in the dressing room.

he has been poor recently, very poor.

he is not however the antisunderland, so gan take your face for a shit, if you read this and disagree, there is every chance you are one of the things wrong with football.

Our director of international development seems to making good inroads in Korea. Short's investment to date has been magnificent.

Meanwhile, the product on the pitch in 2011 has been absolutely fucking shite, and the person responsible for it appears to think that the issue is really one of fan's expectations.

I'd be interested to learn which parts of that you disagree with.

There are some of Bruce's comments that are over-scrutinized, but then again he comes out with so much shit that it's hard not to criticise him when he opens his mouth and talks about our club.

yeah you've showed an aspect of their strengths well done.

now allow me to do.the same in reverse, Quinn car salesmen told us we would be a force, we are not.

short hinted after top ten who knows, I do nothing probably bottom ten then sold on for profit.

hero Bruce, hands tied behind his.back with sales of key players at very important times, despite this we won't go down. he's a legend for not walking out when the plan for the.club has obviously.changed, he has been loyal to us the fans unlike certain others who have as good as.lied about their ambitions

TBF we don't really know who was responsible for the sales of Bent and Gyan. On the other side of the coin he's wasted £6m on Gardner if he isn't going to play him.

They and us are all in this together

    1) Bruce is a tactically inept buffoon.

    2) He overhauled the squad in the Summer of 2009, then stated that from now on we must add maybe one or two new players to the team every transfer window, it was silly to keep rebuilding the team every year as we would lack consistency. He then proceeded to completely overhaul the team in Summer 2010, and then did the same in 2011. Then he bleats on about how the team "needs time to gel". Are we going to have the same excuses every year with this joker in charge?

    3) He contradicts himself constantly in the media, one week saying the club should be trying to get into Europe, the next coming out with garbage like "lets not get above our station here, we're Sunderland".

    4) His record against the Mags, for one reason or another, is complete shite.

    5) When are we going to take the domestic cups (which are our only chance of silverware) seriously?

    Let's analyse that, shall we?

Quinn has overpromised. But Quinn appointed Bruce, and Bruce is a 'legend', and hiring a 'legend' is a good way to become a force. But the fact that we're not a force is the fault of the man who hired the 'legend'. Obviously.

The 'legend' has legendarily managed to stick by the club who has cruelly only allowed him to buy an entire new starting 11 in the summer. This dastardly trick was played on the 'legend' by Ellis Short, a man so evil that he has communicated to you via telepathy his intention to run the club down and sell it on at a profit (presumably to a madman - the cad!).

But it's all OK, because we won't go down, and we've Bruce to thank for that. Unless we do go down, which will of course be Short and Quinn's fault. The rotten pair of shitty bastards.

    Did I miss anything mate?

remind me, where were we in the leagues when this was spoken?

short hinted after top ten who knows, I do nothing probably bottom ten then sold on for profit.
    exactly, who DOES know?

hero Bruce, hands tied behind his.back with sales of key players at very important times, despite this we won't go down. he's a legend for not walking out when the plan for the.club has obviously.changed, he has been loyal to us the fans unlike certain others who have as good as.lied about their ambitions
how many managers actually walk away from a job, they prefer to be kicked so they get the nice fat bonus cash
on the whole i do not disagree with your comments but taking the completely (almost) opposite stance to a lot of posters you make it seem as if you are simply after a 'chomp' or three.
there may well be faults right through the club but ultimately the manager is the one to carry the blame, it may not be right but it is the way it is.

Where has any of our plans changed as a club...we have invested heavily for 5 years as promised....over £70m on players ??...£100m in the club in total..
Bruce hasnt been tied up with his signings...most have cost millions...fair do's if he picks up a few free transfers..
    Recent signings...Wickham £8m plus...Sess £6m...O'Shea £5m...Gardner £4m etc etc....doesnt suggest lack of effort from the owner...
Its whats done with the money that counts...and we all know 2011 hasnt turned out as planned...still time to change...still time for improvement..
Improvement is the key word...Bruce has signed 30 players...nobody at the club expected a struggle near the bottom..
If he doesnt win...then thats his fault...the owner will either back him or..
