do herbal rememdy shops give out stuff for chest infections?

thats what am saying, i got herbal stuff when i couldnt get to dentist for an absess, worked wonders and quick too,

Was it def an abcess? Herbal remedies would work for toothache but dont think they can treat infections.

yep 100% i got a bottle of herbal pills in (merc sol) just incase, would be pleasantly surprised to know if ya can get any for chest infections too, trying to get in my docs is like waiting for lord lucan to show up
