Default Electrical guru advice required for hobby kit project

I'm looking to get something that will open/close something (my lasses legs!)

it needs to send a signal to power OPEN for anywhere up to 60 seconds and then also a separate signal for CLOSE anywhere up to 60 seconds

I've seen things like this that do what I want but it's only a single channel (like pic/link below) so I'd probably need 2. This is something that seems to do one timer function but I'd need 2 and surely there must be a unit that does it rather than having to buy 2

or could I use another relay option to switch to OPEN/CLOSE feature and simply use the output of the timer relay below? That's because I can't reverse it as it's 2 separate feeds for OPEN & CLOSE

anyone here ever messed around with this kind of stuff who could offer any suggestions/ideas?
