EVIL Ex-Wife - Part 2

So as some of you read a couple of weeks ago, my ex-wife and her husband filed for and were granted and adoption order for him to take my son. Well today was the first day in court to address the situation and having read the complaint the submitted with the court I am rather encouraged due to the fact that there are lies and inaccuracies* in their testamony.

Now we just have to file for the adoption to be vacated and hopefully I will have my son back.

*Don't want to put inaccuracies online but trust me some fairly big whoppers told on that document

Great news pet. I'm really hoping she gets knacked over this one.

Just wondering, if it turns out and is proven that there are lies in the adoption papers, does she get done for it? Is it like perjury?

From what my attorney said we could chose to let the prosecutor know about the perjury if we wanted to and the adoption judge didn't. At the moment though I am going to play it by ear.

How old's your boy mate? my ex tried something similar years ago but me eldest who was seven at the time absolutely refused to have it, she told her mother " He isn't my dad, I've got a dad" if the bairn says no they haven't got much chance of getting away with it.

I think the thing is they already *have* gotten away with it, he's trying to reverse it.
