Default The Euro 2012 qualification play-offs

Am I right in thinking its done on FIFA ranking?

So conceivability a team could finish second in a group with 15 points but could end up with a harder draw than a team who finishes second with 10 points because the team is higher in the FIFA rankning

If bosnia beat france they aren't. They could then possibly draw france in the play offs

Fucking shite imo, trying to make it hard as they can for the smaller teams to go through. Can they not just make it a open draw ffs

All about the money, bigger teams through means more cash for UEFA
