Sunderland Town Centre
Read lots of thoughts of people on how bad it is and until yesterday I hadn't realised just what a dreadful place it has become! It needs sorting out very quickly as it looks run down and a very gloomy place to visit.
Anyone got links to the plans the council have to make Sunderland proud again?

Internet shopping is as big a threat to our town centres as much as out of town retail parks.

People should thank their lucky stars we do have Sunderland. Especially those of us Sanddancers. A worrying amount of shops in King Street has closed over the last few months and I don't know if any more retailers are planning to come to town.
