Quidco - anyone else having cashback turned down?

Bought some stuff from M and M direct, didn't use any discount codes so shouldn't have been a problem.

Everything for me has tracked and validated fine recently - including the in-store stuff and check-ins via the app.

It's only a small amount tbh, just wondering if there's a wider issue?

I got my Paddypower one cleared ok last week.

Not turned down but I've noticed the times companies are taking to pay seems to have doubled or even trebled in some cases.

I had £50 for Legal & General insurance fail to track twice, despite using two browsers with cleared cache etc.

I raised a claim and it got approved ultimately but took ages.

Also, various merchants track at the wrong amount and you have to wait up to 45 days for it to be confirmed, then you need to remember to raise a claim if it doesn't self-correct. Can be tricky when you have to wait xx days before you can claim but then not allow more than another xx days to pass.
