    Default Change of diet issues....

    the mrs (no) has got me on some low carb diet bollocks. Started on Sat and ive not had a shit since sunday morning!! Don't feel bloated or owt in fact just the opposite but should i be getting the drain rods out yet? I;m normally a 2 per day man.

    If it's high protein no carb diet, there's probably very little waste product to shit out. It's quiet common to not want a shit. You could get some oat bran from holland an barratt to see if it stirs owt but I wouldn't worry too much.

    make sure you drink plenty of fluids, like water, juice even tea and coffee !
