Can anyone explain how on earth he gets a game for anyone in the PL never mind a CL team with superstars such as Man City. Slower than the preverbal 'week in the jail'!

Cause hes a good player, better than anything at SAFC or he would not be in the City side.

To make comparisons of SAFC and MCFC is ludicrous quite frankly with the respective transfer budgets involved.

Didn't you ask how he got a "game for anyone in the PL nevermind Man City"?

I thnk the poster merely pointed out that despite him being slow and not England quality, he's actually a good enough player.

He gets carried by City's superstars.
Bebe and Gibson are total shite, but get carried at Manure.

Bebe only made a fist full of appearences and was shipped out cos he was shit .Gibson scored some very important goals and ran the show in a champions league semi final last year . Barry offers less then Gibson imo . Why doesn't De Jong start is he injured ?

I think Gareth Barry is the old Jordan Henderson, but let footed. Very, very similar players.
