After collecting my finishers pack and my bag from the baggage bus I got to Pelaw on the metro at around 1.55 and found there was a twenty minute wait for the next South Hylton train,got into the ground around 2.45.

WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP....! I arrived at the metero at Pelaw at 14.20 hrs and arrived at the ground for 14.50.

I missed a train just as i got to the metro station. They run to Sunderland every 15 mins on a sunday and even more was put on on this Sunday.

What do you want a bloody medal. Get over your self man and just support the team without telling every one what you have done to achieve it....!

1:53 and got into the ground at about 2:15. Surprised to find out there were no direct shuttle buses to Sunderland so jumped in a taxi thinking it wasn't far. £26 later and got out at the halfway house to walk the rest of the way because I was running out of beer money!

Taxi driver was a mag anarl!

Done it on a spacehopper in me mams slippers and balanced a charity bucket on me head the whole way.
Managed a couple in the Colliery and a balti pie in the concourse before the game. Piece of piss.

Why not tell people if like-minded people find it interesting? And there weren't extra metros to Sunderland due to the GNR. I did it in 1.58 got a bus to Newcastle then the metro. Got to sol at 2.45 just enough time to hoy a well earned pint back followed by a well earned 3 points. And yes I wanted, and received, a medal
