Man City did it with Fulop in 2010....and cost them a UCL place

Where to begin......Fulop is a GK......GK's are considered specialised positions and are liable for emergency loans......PL rules state that any team who attempt to play without a LB year in year out can stick anyone up front in the event of an emergency because its the sort of dumb tactical decision theyd be likely to make even without an injury crisis.....
