    Anyone know much about ISAs?

I've been reading up on them, but I'm not sure what the craic is when it gets to the end of the year. Every one I've seen advertised drops the interest rate from around 3% to 1%, and I've also seen you can move them to another bank if you find a better rate, but what happens if you take all of the money out? Does that ISA just close?

Basically asking because if I open one now I'll have no more than £700 in it by the end of the financial year, so I was wondering if it would be possible to take the money out of that ISA and start another for next year with that money in from the beginning?

Most of them let you transfer in from another (previous years) - check the terms
