yer, it will always be the most powerful kick, just above the knee. Remember my training partner for them was a big lad too. Used to do 50 low kicks each side while the other held the pad. Obviously got competitive and we both used to leave with horrific bruises!

Also the most useful kick IMO. If you get in bother, put your hands up to distract them, then WHAM, will drop anyone like a sack of shit. My mate asked me to hit him with one once and his legs went above his head, the change in his jeans pocket hit the floor before he did!

When will it start to repair? I want to do tomorrow's boxercise class.

I'm getting addicted to this stuff now as there's loads of blart.
eat protein every 3 hours, get L-glutamine to help with muscle recovery. also carbs won't go a miss.

Theres about a dozen lads all drink in the angel do it twice a week like. Think the bloke is called Shaun that runs it, oldish guy with a pony tail. Canny enough lads like, seem to be up to a half decent standard.

Theres a lot of lads who will go to a few classes and then decide they're a 'thai boxer' when in reality they go slug a pad twice a week and would get put on their arse by anyone with even a little bit of technique.

Anyone can twat a pad as hard as they can, not much good when the guy you're stood against blocks it and then hits you back twice as hard though.

One of the things I have learnt about Thai boxing very early on is that there is so much technique involved it's unreal, and if there isn't, you're training in the wrong place.

As my instructor always tells me, technique first, power will come
