It's irrelevant what's on SAFC.com.

You have to submit a squad list to the Premier League of 25 players, including 8 'homegrown' ones.

You can have unlimited numbers of under 21s.

Just because you "don't like them" or they're in the "reserve squad" doesn't mean you can exclude them from the official list that needs to be submitted.
