Didnt see him play for Sunderland, but did see him play for Linfield and Northern Ireland.
Coincidently there was a collection before the Linfield v Glentoran match on Saturday in aid of theAlzheimers' Society because of John Parke. He died later that evening. PS Glentoran won 1-0. More pleasant derby than last weeks. Come on you Glens! Mervyn |

Good player very underrated never noticed on the pitch but his contribution to the team was evident when he wasn't playing. RIP.
