Whilst I agree isn't the ACN in January so we would have another window to sign somebody? Hopefully it is sorted in the next few days though.

It's more difficult to sign players in January and transfer fees almost double.

I reckon Bruce hopes that by Jan Wickham and Ji will be doing well enough to cope without him.

Makes you wonder how he figured the first 4 months of the season would go when they are 'settling in' though.

Maybe but in a game you'd have expected to see Ji to play a part in yesterday it's a little worrying that Bruce doesn't seem to have enough confidence in his ability.

I fully expected him to bring on both forwards and go for the win, negativity won the day though.
