Wouldn't care if he left now. He hasn't done a great deal anyway and unless we bring in a striker to give him a hand then it's a waste of time just having Gyan playing up front by himself. We're not Ghana.

You've unwittingly nailed the problem - striker - in singular. The problem is that we don't have strikers in plural - on the pitch anyway. meanwhile we have a 4 man defence to deal with Obertan and Ameobi - and still give away free-kicks and corners galore

Never has been or will be a natural goalscorer, as I said in the summer there is only Sess I wouldn't sell.

We need players in there where it counts, as much as I don't like the lad very much I'd like us to get Defoe.

Gyan shouldn't be playing with his back to goal. He needs to be running on to things. We need a striker and a left sided player, as people have been saying since January. It's not Gyan's fault.
