    SNQ used to do Pilates didnt he? When he was getting gip?

    Think yoga helps according to giggs, but im not sure it was football positions he needed to keep supple for!!

    iv'e done pilates, and yes it does work. but takes up a lot of time and effort
    if you miss 1 day because you dont feel like it after a night out, it puts you back to nearly square 1 in my experience
