    Default LCD TV wall brackets

I bought one yesterday and the holes on the back of the TV are no-where near the holes on the bracket.

Are there different types of brackets/fittings?

The one I bought says something about VESA on it.

Some of them are reet twats, the one I bought has the vertical bars onto a horizontal rail but some numpty at Hitachi thought it would be a great idea to put the HDMi input hole inline with the bracket so there's nee room for the cable (even if you use the L type cables and the spacer rubbers) so I've wedged the cable in and it's tie wrapped the the vertical support to stop it popping out, it's not the best like.

aye the TV I want to put on the wall has a nice power cable coming out the back, which I expect is going to make getting it on the wall a right pain in the arse because the cable is going to hit the wall.
