    Default Buzzcocks on Sunday

Just a reminder - Tynemouth Priory, Sunday afternoon, 12.00-6.00

    Buzzcocks
    Neville Staples
    Martin Stephenson
plus Fuel Fandango and Smoove & Turrell

You do need to get tickets, no idea if you can buy them on the day or not, but they are only available from North Tyneside Libraries (!) or the Information Centre (0191 2005895.

    £2.50 each, £1 for over-fives, £5 for family ticket (2+2)

    It does say:

Tickets are strictly limited and fans are urged to book early to avoid disappointment.
but it's never been too full in previous years.

I would recommend getting over early for a drink and a wander about in the town as there is good street entertainment all over the place from midday onwards.

There will be tickets available on the day from the box office at the entrance to the priory. Looking at the sky tonight, it could be a lovely day. The opening parade was nearly washed out which would have been a proper tragedy with all the effort that had gone into it. Thank fuck the weather eased off just in time. The parade and show were really spectacular, fantastic stuff (were they French?) and the fireworks display was beautiful.

Well done, once again, South Tyneside Council.

One of the best bands I've ever seen are Buzzcocks.
