    Default Laptop Screens

I have been given a couple of laptops that are knackered and i am stripping them all down and selling the parts as spairs.

I have a couple of screens, what i need to know is there anything out there that i could use to test them to see if they work or not?

I have a broken laptop. Was looking to do the same.

Any advice on how to go about doing it?

The screen is fucked, as is the GPU, the battery and the dvd drive is a bit iffy but works when it can be arsed. Also the charger has a crack in it but still works and it's a VAIO so the GPU is on the motherboard.

Are there any other parts worth salvaging? I'm keeping the hard drive for myself like

    It's one of these fellas:

I'm guessing none of your spare parts include a laptop with a faulty screen?
