No mate, played Lanchester ( or Lancashire as one of our lads thought) lost toss had them 90 odd for 7 but they got 160 odd. We had a canny team of batters out but lost our big guns to a lad who just put it on the spot scraped to just over 100 to sneak a batting point. Disappointing really

Getting out for nowt and then going to field for 45 overs is absolute hell.

I was an opening bat who didnt bowl. I remember one game batting first and it was supposed to be a 2pm start both both teams and umps were there early and we got a start ten minutes early.

I was out first ball of the match and the thought of being out even before the match was due to start and only having fielding to look forward to was canny depressing
