I have some magic beans that will do the trick.

De-tox remedies are bullshit. Your body has excellent mechanisms for removing toxins. If you're feeling low because of excess, just cut the crap/booze/fags out, eat more fruit and veg and make sure you're getting enough sleep.

Look on the Gillian McKeith web-site.

You need to aim for < 12% carbs, 53% vitamin C and 165% water but leave out the DNA and try some Fartlek training.
