Default Company going down the pan

As an employee, there's nothing worse than watching your company go down the pan after a takeover because of poor new management. Morale at an all time low, cost cutting taken to the extreme, people starting to have accidents, quality on the wane, complaints going through the roof, name is shit in the marketplace. Really pisses me off, but can't do a thing about it. Been there 30+ years.

Looking forward to this scenario when they sell off Royal Mail, but I've only done 30 months.
