Default Organising a BBQ for 33 people!! Advise needed

Its my engagement party soon, I am having a BBQ in my sisters large Garden. I have 25 adults going and 7 kids. It will be end of June so hopefully nice weather but we have borrowed a marquee if not.

I Was thinking of just getting burgers and nice sausages to keep it simple.
To save cost everyone is bringing there own drink.
I was also going to ask other people to bring some chairs, salads, (any other suggestions welcome)

Can you still hire glasses and things!!

Any advise or tips to make it a class day much appreciated!!!

I could've helped if it was only 32 people, but I'm out of me depth with this
