GNR Training
Been putting it off for far too long, but the realisation that I'm going to have to run 13+miles, much of it pushing a big bloke in a wheelchair, has finally spurred me in to action. Got a training plan of running 4 times a week using the Micoach app on the iphone, which is fucking excellent BTW, and playing football once a week on top of that.
How is your training going? Anyone got any decent tips for making training interesting? Running is fucking boring like, its only the fear that is getting me out there. Has a nice added bonus that i'm shedding the weight off again. Witness the fitness.
