The 80s were shite
Contrary to my previous beliefs I've just discovered that the 80s were shite.
Just flicked some music channel on that is currently broadcasting some 'I love the 80s' malarkey and I've been subjected to 'China in Your Hand' swiftly followed by 'Living on a Prayer'.

Don't understand why people say this, I here it often, plenty good stuff about in the 80's, these type channels would have us believe the 80's were just Duran Duran, wham etc, there were plenty miserable bands about to enjoy.
