Default Question - Internet Explorer Cache?

I downloaded a page of the Internet last night at home that had recently been updated with Mozilla Firefox. I tried to access the same page via Internet Explorer at work this morning and found it was an older version.

I cleared the cahche, cookies and download history for Internet Explorer and I still got the older version of the page.

I then used my Nokia mobile phone browser to access the same page and I got the newer version.

I'm still getting the older version via Internet Explorer despite clearing cahche, cookies and download history a couple of times.

Is this down to Internet Explorer or is my works server cacheing older versions of my Internet history elsewhere?

Try pressing CTRL & F5 on the page. Force cache refresh.
