I dinnit like the fuckers but anyone think they may actually be able to build a title bit in a season or two now that the whole mess with hicks and gillet is over and they have new owners and new money, They seem to just be destroying most teams at the moment under Daglish and read in FourFourTwo that they are looking to make some big moves in the transfer market this summer as basically their team is good but their squad is shite ?

So anyone think they could make a geniune title bid in the next season or two or is it all a false dawn again, Which would be funny to watch.

If the top teams don't up their games next season I can see them possibly mounting a challenge, yes.

They will undoubtably be up there if they (as they will) splash the cash in the summer. I expect them to replace Spurs as the ones to challenge Man U Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City. I would prefer them to Man City as the main challengers.
