Compare the labels for the actual vitamins included in the tablet, and what % it is of the daily requirement.
I would think if you eat a healthy diet and don't have health issues, you shouldn't need any vitamin tablets. If you don't have a good diet, and/or have health issues (even being a smoker or drinker) then see your GP and get a prescription and/or advice.
Don't waste your money on something you may not need.
