    Default BBQ Gas

Just built up a BBQ that my mate kindly bought me as a house warming. I don't have a gas bottle however as this is my first BBQ. It's chicken and egg so far as the places ive tried need me to bring an empty one back in order to exchange for a full one. Can anyone recommend somewhere that I can get a full one?

I got one from tubs and shrubs in West Boldon.

Cost £55 or so.. but this included a £30 deposit for the bottle.
It will cost £25 to refil the bottle in the future.

This is a standard Calor Gas Propane 13Kg sized bottle. When you buy a bottle make sure you get the correct vavle size - most BBQ's use a 27mm connection. It is usually stamped on the valve.
