    had pins and needles in my hand for about 3 hours now, does anyone get this? iv been getting it for a while but usually goes away.

    I had it for over a month. Physio eventually sorted it out, it was a problem with my neck.

    I get pins & needles and numbness in my hands a lot due to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. It was originally diagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome but it turned out it was actually originating round my shoulder blade. I wake up loads through the night with numb hands as well and have problems with cold hands and gripping things. It's manageable, thankfully, but can be pretty uncomfortable.
