Just want the season to end. To be honest I'm not arsed if he stays or goes at the minute. I want to get through to June and still be a premier league team (which I'm pretty sure we will be).

It's just been a long, draining, frustrating season and I want it over. If Bruce is the manager in june I'll go into pre season full of optimism, if someone else is the manager then I'll go into pre season with the same optimism...

I didn't hear too many boos on Saturday before the final whistle, if any.

    I agree with this.

Who knows exactly why this club has a tendency to go into freefall at this point in the season- with different managers at the helm - but it appears to be more psychological than anything else.

It likely relates to the lack of confidence inherent in the club after so many years of mediocrity.

The team, on paper, are better than the performance they're putting in.

As Cultured Mackem rightly states, they need our support right now and not our derision if they are to win anything before the end of the season.

I know this shouldn't be necessary based on the investment and the team we have but it obviously is...

Since bent went, moral drop quality+ goals gone, fully agree lads back from injury put straight back in not 100% ready prob more like 75-80 now work up to full match fitness.

New lads come in and not gel together yet since they looked good when put in at Stoke.

Frustration from manager, filtered to players , when we should be itching to prove we wernt a 1 man show.

If bent had stopped I really believe we would have been pushing Europe hard. But instead we are back to last year with only 1 v good striker to mark out of game.

I give Bruce time as he has been shit on by cheating villa + Bent. Which has set team back tenfold some how.

As Quinn has said in past we only want players here who can handle the pressure of the games here,

Can't speak for brom game as couldn't get up but I can't remember the crowd ever getting on players backs .

Prob letting them know some players how we feel with 3 mins left of a game out of reach we can all be guilty of at sometime a guess.

One day we will get a proper manager, one day.

It'll be the day after you offer a cogent argument. On the upside you're one of my favourite snidey cunts.
